Mindfulness- Finding Peace in a Frantic World;
This course was developed by Professor Mark Williams and his colleagues at Oxford (University) Mindfulness Center.
Each week there will be guided mindfulness practices, time for reflection and discussion and exercise’s that explore the nature of suffering and how mindfulness can help.
All are welcome who have an interest in exploring what it is to be a human-being and who wish to suffer less. A willingness to try something new and to take new steps in cultivating one’s own well-being are vital!

its an 8 week course, starting on 4th Oct and finishing on 22nd Nov, 7.00-8.30 pm on Thursday evenings and costs €155.

The course is offered by Colette Kealy, a Yoga Therapy Ireland-trained yoga teacher with a Masters in Mindfulness from UCD and further training at Oxford University.
